Founded by the Teacher family in 1898, Ardmore produces a unique spirit, at once peaty and fragrant. This has made it highly popular with blenders, and it’s the signature malt in Teacher’s blended Scotch. Our expression stays true to this character, with even more nuance and flavour thanks to a higher than usual alcohol volume.

Tasting Notes
The nose offers a delicate hint of smoke wrapped up in vanilla and sweet nectarines. Then the palate awakes, bursting to life with fresh fruit, citrus, more sweet smoke and a light hint of wood, before a drizzle of honey and a dash of salt dance off for a sweet, satisfying finish.
Pairing Suggestions
This whisky pairs well with sushi – fresh tuna rainbow rolls or nigiri, ideally drizzled with soy reduction – or simply with dark chocolate infused with sea salt.
